Club Profile
The Milton Bridge Club was formed in 1978 and is affiliated to NZ Bridge.
The club on average is able to maintain a membership of 16 – 20 members and when there is sufficient interest, we offer 10 free bridge lessons per year. Our annual subscription is $40.00 and this along with the table money of $4.00(includes supper) is reviewed at the AGM. We offer an enjoyable environment every Thursday night with a start time of 7.00pm. The playing calendar runs from the end of January to the end of November with our Xmas dinner and prize giving at the beginning of December. We use the BridgeNZ tablets and scoring systems with results posted on the BridgeNZ website plus in our local newspaper. We use the acol bidding system.Visitors are warmly welcome. The Club plays in the Milton Senior Citizens rooms, at the southern end of Union Street, beside the RSA on the left heading south.
