Club Profile
The Taieri Bridge Club was formed in 1973. As it continued to grow it moved into its own Club rooms at the corner of Wickliffe and Church Streets in in Mosgiel in 1986. The membership is now fairly steady at around 140 members.
The Club is affiliated to NZ Bridge and works in close cooperation with the Otago Bridge Club.
The Club is efficiently run and is known for its friendly atmosphere. It is up-to-date and uses the NZ Bridge Scorer programme with BridgePad and all hands are randomly dealt by machine.
Regular sessions are played three times a week and tournaments are run four or five times during the year. Classes are conducted for both beginners and improvers.
